What does Capabilities mean to us? 

Building the skills, knowledge and ambitions of communities means working with its members to develop their strengths alongside the businesses and sectors who service them.

​All too often teaching is associated with providing something new, however we start from what communities already know. From there we understand what we can build on and what will best suit communities and in turn those who service them.

Organisations and services with first-hand experience of community grants either as an applicant or successful recipient, were welcomed to share their ideas. Grant programs became more accessible and socially impactful as a result.
